SpinnerRecruit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Inc. or OpenAI. “Claude Code” and “Codex” are trademarks of their respective owners. SpinnerRecruit is distributed as the spinner-recruit command-line tool (run as npx spinner-recruit claude); it wraps your AI agent command in a terminal of its own and adds a separate status line for the ad — it does not modify, patch, or replace any files or output belonging to Anthropic, OpenAI, or any editor. A legacy VS Code extension exists for earlier installs but is no longer under active development.

For everyone

  • You must be 18 or older to use SpinnerRecruit.
  • You may not use the platform for fraud, abuse, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations with or without notice.

For developers

  • The CLI is free to use. Opting in when prompted on first run is required to show ads and earn revenue — until you opt in, it makes zero network calls and runs your command untouched.
  • Earnings accumulate in your account. Once your unpaid balance reaches the $10 minimum, you can cash out via Stripe from your dashboard at any time — there's no fixed payout schedule.
  • Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express. You are responsible for completing Stripe's KYC verification and for all applicable tax reporting on your earnings. Supported payout countries are determined by Stripe — see stripe.com/global.
  • We may pause or cancel earnings if fraud or abuse is detected on your account.

For advertisers

  • Ad credits are prepaid via Stripe Checkout ($50 USD minimum). Credits are non-refundable once ads have begun serving.
  • All ads are reviewed by SpinnerRecruit before going live. We reserve the right to reject any ad for any reason.
  • Ad delivery is a weighted lottery among the top bidders for your target languages, not a guaranteed or even split: a higher bid increases your odds and share of impressions, but does not guarantee exclusive delivery, and a competitor's bid can reduce your share at any time, and vice versa.
  • Prohibited ad content: adult content; illegal products or services; misleading or deceptive claims; spam or phishing; malware or spyware; content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all claims in your ad and for ensuring you have the rights to reference any company, product, or person.

Platform

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
  • We may modify pricing, features, or these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
